Welcome to the LoveDog website – Israel's largest and most cost-effective online pet store.

The website serves as a virtual platform for purchasing supplies and food for dogs and cats by internet users.

The operation and use of the website, including purchases, are subject to the terms detailed in these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Any person making a purchase on the website hereby declares, by completing the purchase, that they are aware of the website's Terms & Conditions and the rules applying to product purchases, and that they agree to these terms. Furthermore, the buyer confirms that they, or anyone acting on their behalf, will have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit against LoveDog, the website operators, or anyone on their behalf, other than claims relating to LoveDog's breach of the obligations set forth in these Terms.

For convenience, this document uses the masculine form, but it applies equally to all genders.

1. Purchase Eligibility

Purchases may be made by any resident of Israel aged 18 and above, or by a legally registered Israeli company, possessing a valid credit card issued by one of the recognized credit card companies.

The purchase is subject to transaction approval by the credit card company. In the event that the transaction is not approved, the buyer will be notified accordingly.

2. Products for Sale

All products offered for sale on the website are new and suitable for sale.

LoveDog makes every reasonable effort to ensure that products displayed on the website are in stock. However, the website's inventory is not synchronized in real time with the actual warehouse stock.

In cases where a product is out of stock, the buyer will be notified via email and/or phone call, based on the contact details provided during the purchase.

LoveDog reserves the right to offer the buyer alternative products. If the buyer chooses an alternative, the order details will be updated accordingly. If the buyer declines the alternatives, the order will be canceled, and no charge will be made, or a full refund will be issued if applicable.

3. User Information

During the purchase process, the buyer will be required to provide the following details:

• ID number (only if paying by credit card)

• First and last name

• Phone number

• City and postal code

• Email address

• Payment details

Providing false personal information is a criminal offense. Legal action, including claims for damages, may be taken against individuals who provide false information.

LoveDog shall not be held responsible, directly or indirectly, for any technical issue or other problem preventing a buyer from completing a purchase.

4. Payment & Delivery

Upon completing the purchase, the buyer is immediately charged the full amount for the product.

LoveDog will deliver the purchased product to the address provided during registration or as coordinated personally, provided the delivery address is accurate.

Delivery is subject to LoveDog's delivery policies.

LoveDog shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Force majeure

• Emergencies or natural disasters

• Strikes or disruptions by service providers essential to delivery

Prices on the LoveDog website include VAT.

LoveDog reserves the right to change prices or cancel transactions at any time, even after an order has been placed.

5. Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered for orders exceeding the minimum order amount, unless otherwise specified for specific products.

Shipping fees for orders below the minimum:

• Residents of Netanya, Kfar Yona, and nearby areas: Orders under ₪240 include a shipping fee for packages up to 45 kg.

• Other regions in Israel: Minimum order of ₪240 for free delivery; package weight limit up to 20 kg.

Delivery Times:

• Netanya, Even Yehuda, Tel Mond, Kfar Yona, Bat Hefer, and nearby areas: We strive to deliver on the same day or as quickly as possible, adapting to customer preferences.

• Tel Aviv, Gush Dan, Rishon Lezion, Bat Yam, Holon, Petah Tikva, Rosh HaAyin, Kfar Saba, Herzliya: Deliveries on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in the morning or afternoon.

• Other regions: Delivery times depend on the courier company's policies, up to 7 business days where courier service is available.

6. Cancellation & Return Policy

Buyers may cancel transactions in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Cancellations can be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via fax and/or email.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in new condition.

Refunds for canceled transactions will be issued after the product is returned, minus a 3% cancellation fee and shipping costs.

7. Product Availability & Stock Discrepancies

The website is updated regularly; however, discrepancies may occur between website stock displays and actual warehouse or supplier inventory.

Some products depend on supplier stock and availability will be confirmed only after an order is placed.

If a product is out of stock or unavailable, the customer will be notified, usually within two business days.

In such cases, the customer may choose:
✅ A similar alternative product
✅ To wait for future restocking, if possible
✅ To cancel the order and receive a full refund

LoveDog shall not be liable for any damages, losses, expenses, or inconvenience caused by stock shortages, availability discrepancies, or order cancellations for these reasons.

The customer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions as part of using and purchasing through the website.
