Welcome to the LoveDog website – a pet supplies store (hereinafter: the “Website”). The Website is operated by LoveDog (hereinafter: the “Company”). Use of the Website, including making a purchase, constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions regulate the relationship between the user and the Company.

The Company may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The use of masculine wording is for convenience only and refers to all genders equally.

2. Use of the Website

Use of the Website is permitted for lawful purposes only. The following actions are prohibited:

• Misuse of the Website
• Copying content without permission
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems
• Any action that may harm the Website’s operation

The Company may block a user at its sole discretion.

3. Purchase Terms

• Purchases on the Website are permitted to persons over the age of 18 or a corporation registered in Israel.
• A valid credit card is required.
• Transactions are subject to approval by the credit card company.
• Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only.

4. Product Information

The information on the Website, including descriptions and nutritional values, is general only and may be subject to change.

In case of sensitivity, allergy, or special needs, it is recommended to contact customer service before making a purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Deliveries are made throughout Israel, except restricted areas.
• Free shipping applies to orders above 250₪, unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days for most areas.
• Remote areas may require 7–10 business days.
• Delays may occur during holiday periods or times of unusual workload.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

6. Warranty

• No warranty is provided for breakage after delivery of the product.
• No warranty is provided regarding the effectiveness of products, including training or pest-control products.
• Any warranty, if applicable, shall be subject solely to the importer’s or manufacturer’s policy.

7. Use of Training Products

Products such as cages, collars, and puppy fences require proper use and an adjustment period.

It is recommended to seek guidance from a qualified professional before use.

8. Order Cancellation

A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Cancellation fees may be charged at a rate of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100₪, whichever is lower.

9. Product Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping and Return Costs

• In any case of return or exchange, the customer shall bear the shipping, collection, and handling costs.
• If free shipping was granted, the Company may deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund amount.
• In the event of an exchange, the customer shall bear double shipping costs (return of the product and shipment of the replacement product).
• Refunds shall be issued only after deduction of shipping and handling fees, where applicable.

Restrictions on Returns and Exchanges

• Medical pet food of any kind cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the sensitive nature of the product.
• Pet food cannot be returned or exchanged once it has left the store, even if unused.
• Hygienic products or products that came into contact with animals cannot be returned or exchanged.

10. Delivery Responsibility

If the customer approved that the package may be left at the door, responsibility for the package shall transfer to the customer.

11. Privacy and Data Security

The Company respects users’ privacy and acts in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• Order processing
• Shipping and delivery
• Customer service

The information will not be transferred to third parties except as necessary for service operation, such as shipping and payment providers.

12. Consent to Data Processing

By making a purchase on the Website, the customer confirms and agrees that the personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of supplying services, handling orders, and improving the user experience.
