Return & Cancellation Policy – Love Dog (Legal Version)
This policy is drafted in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations. Any purchase on the website constitutes full acceptance of this policy.

1. Cancellation of a Transaction by the Consumer

1.1 The consumer may cancel a transaction within 14 days from receiving the product or from receiving the transaction details, whichever occurs later.
1.2 Cancellation must be made by contacting customer service and providing full order and contact details.

2. Conditions for Returning a Product

2.1 A return will be accepted only if the product is new, unused, and returned in its original, intact packaging.
2.2 The cost of returning the product shall be borne solely by the consumer.
2.3 If the original shipment was provided free of charge (“free shipping”), Love Dog may deduct the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost from the refund amount.

3. Return of Dry Pet Food

3.1 A bag of dry food may be returned only if opened and up to 10% of its contents were consumed.
3.2 Acceptance of the return is subject to physical inspection and the exclusive discretion of Love Dog.
3.3 Refund will be provided as a partial credit or exchange only.

4. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and health reasons, returns/cancellations will not be accepted for the following products once opened:

• Soft textile pet items (beds, blankets, cushions, etc.)

• Pet clothing (sweaters, shirts, coats)

• Body-contact fabric harnesses and accessories

• Opened hygienic or medical products

• Customized items made specifically for the customer

Love Dog may deny returns if the product poses hygiene risks such as pests, odors, hair, mites, etc.

5. Gifts Included in Promotions

5.1 When returning a product purchased with a promotional gift – the gift must also be returned.
5.2 If the gift is not returned, Love Dog may deduct its full value from the refund.

6. Method of Refund

6.1 Refund will be issued only after the product is received and inspected at Love Dog’s warehouse.
6.2 Refund will be processed within up to 7 business days.
6.3 Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
6.4 Cash refunds are not provided for credit-card purchases.

7. Shipping Weight Limit for North & South Regions

7.1 Free shipping applies only to orders weighing up to 20 kg.
7.2 Heavier orders will incur an additional shipping fee based on region and updated shipping rates.

8. Love Dog’s Rights

8.1 Love Dog may update this policy at any time, subject to law.
8.2 In case of conflict between this policy and applicable law – the law prevails.
8.3 Love Dog may refuse a return that does not fully comply with this policy.
